United States (We pay the tariffs for you 😘)

Canada (TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED DUE TO NATIONAL UNION STRIKE)

Several Countries in Europe [Germany, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Greece]


📦 Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.


🚚 Delivery Estimates

Australia:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International:

USA, Europe: 10–28 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

💲Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and shipping method.

Simply spend at least the following to receive free shipping on your order!

Australia & New Zealand: AU$75

USA & Europe: AU$150

Shipping is calculated at the checkout (or you can do a currency conversion on Google). If it isn't triggering for you after your enter your details, you may not have reached the limit yet, so add a few more items to see if it applies. If it still doesn't, reach out to us at support@sdcandies.com and we will get it sorted for you 😘


🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

🎁 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (if available for your selected service). Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
