1. Returns
We accept returns only for:
Items that arrive damaged or defective
Incorrect items received
Due to the nature of our products (food items), we cannot accept returns for change of mind or opened products.
2. Requesting a Refund
To be eligible, you must:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide photos of the issue (if damaged/incorrect)
Email us at support@sdcandies.com with your order number and the issue. If approved, we’ll either:
Replace the product
Offer store credit
Provide a refund to your original payment method
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect items), we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
